The Rosemount Hotel carpark in North Perth is now open for community use, with the ‘first hour free’ on all bays.  This carpark was previously a private carpark and locked off access from the adjoining View Street carpark. The new public carpark opens up the parking space between View Street and Angove Street and allows easy access between both.

This partnership with Rosemount Hotel is part of our planning for the future of North Perth. It increases the number of public parking bays by 52 spaces and allows access to North Perth Common, our newest public open space that will be built next year.
