The City of Vincent resolved on 19 September 2017 to make the City of Vincent Standing Orders Amendment Local Law 2017, for the purposes of public comment.

The purpose of the Standing Orders Amendment Local Law 2017 is to make a number of minor amendments to the principal City of Vincent Standing Orders Local Law 2008 to allow for the orderly conduct of meetings of Council meetings.

The effect of the Standing Orders Amendment Local Law 2017 is to rename the Standing Orders Local Law 2008 to become the Meeting Procedures Local Law 2008 and to make minor amendments to the procedures for conducting Council meetings.
