The City of Perth is proposing to amend its City Planning Scheme No. 2 (CPS2) to establish a Special Control Area over the Northbridge Entertainment Precinct.
This will see amendments to the planning framework in the City of Perth. Some properties within the City of Vincent may receive unacceptable entertainment music noise indoors.
The City of Vincent will be making a formal submission on the proposed scheme amendment. Council Briefing will be held on 8 December 2020 and members of the public are welcome to attend and speak for 3 minutes during public question time. Proposed Northbridge Entertainment Precinct
Information Session
The City of Perth will be hosting a public information session at the State Library WA located at 25 Francis St, Perth, on 28 November 2020, where the proposed amendment will be explained in further detail.
Representatives from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation will also be available to answer any questions you may have on the proposed State Government Reforms. Limited seats for each session are available, please register your interest to attend by emailing info@cityofperth.wa.gov.au with your preferred session and number of attendees.
