City of Vincent Council resolved on 28 July 2020 to invite public comment on a number of proposed new policies and policy updates.

The proposed new policies that are open for comment are:

• Meeting Procedures Policy - a new policy to govern Council Meeting protocols and procedures.
• Development on City owned and managed land Policy - a new policy to help the City to assess proposals to install community signage or structures on City land.
• Election Signs Policy - a new policy to govern the placement of election signs on City of Vincent properties.

The proposed policy updates that are open for comment are:

• An amendment to the City's Community Funding Policy, to include a funding category for emergency relief donations.
• An amendment to the Execution of Documents Policy.
• An amendment to the City's Parklets Policy, to grant administration the discretion to support an application to license a parklet.
