City of Vincent Council resolved on 17 March 2020 to invite public comment on five policies.The policy updates that are open for comment are:

• Development on City Owned and Managed Land Planning Policy – new policy,
• Property Management Policy – proposed to replace the City's Leasing Policy,
• Elected Members Continuing Professional Development Policy – combines the 'Council Members - Professional Development,' and 'Conferences' policies, and meets the new legislative requirements,
• Council Meetings - Recording and Web Streaming Policy – proposed new policy allows live streaming of public question time, and
• Risk Management Policy – includes updated risk consequence and likelihood tables and reporting requirements for high and extreme risks.
