INVITATION TO COMMENT

Extension of Lease of Lots 49 & 50 on Deposited Plan 692, 596 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley from Theo Anthony Palassis, George Anthony Palassis and Palassis Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 008 779 128)..

 

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises that it is proposing to enter into an extension of lease with Theo Anthony Palassis, George Anthony Palassis and Palassis Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 008 779 128) on the following key terms:

 

Term

1 year, expiring 13 February 2022.

Lease Area

Lots 49 & 50 on Deposited Plan 692, 596 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley.

Rent

$60,000 pa plus GST.

Outgoings

Utilities, management fees and rates as incurred.

Market Valuation

$116,000 pa plus GST.

Permitted Use

For use by the City as a carpark.
