In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises that it is proposing to enter into a lease with Robertson Park Artists’ Studio comprising of artists Graham Hay, Sarah Marchant, Frances Dennis, Carol Rowling, and Christopher McClelland on the following key terms.
The term is for four years under the following conditions:
- Lease area the building known as Halvorsen Hall at Robertson Park, measuring approximately 190sqm
- Rent $6,706.70 pa plus GST
- Outgoings payable by lessee (includes utilities)
- Market Valuation $19,000 pa plus GST and outgoings – as at 1 September 2021
- Permitted Use arts, recreational activities, and ancillary purposes
