Our opening hours will be a little different from Friday 22 December until 2 January 2024.

Administration Building

22 December open until 3pm then closed until 1 January

2 January back to normal hours

Library and Local History Centre 

22 December open until 5pm

23 December open until 1pm then closed until 1 January

2 January back to normal hours

Beatty Park Leisure Centre

Beatty Park will be closed on Christmas Day, 25 December 2023. The gym, pools and creche will be open and closed at various times between 23 December 2023 and 2 January 2024. For more details, visit Beatty's website.

Building applications

Building applications must be lodged no later that 12pm Friday 22 December 2023. Any applications received after 12pm will not be lodged until the new year, when Administration office reopens on 2 January 2024. Assessment of the applications will only commence in the new year.

After hours 

If your enquiry is urgent, please call 6324 0329 and our after hours answering service will assist you. This number will be put through to our rangers team if required. 

Bin collection changes

Bin collections will move a day forward during the Christmas and New Year Day holidays.

Bins that are scheduled to be picked up on Christmas Day, 25 December 2023 will be collected on Boxing Day, 26 December 2023. All scheduled collection days thereafter will be moved forward by a day. For the full schedule, visit our Bins and Collection Days page.
