The City of Vincent intends to commence the process of acquiring as Crown Land two private right of ways, one in Leederville and one in North Perth.

The City will request the Minister for Planning, Lands and Heritage to acquire as Crown Land the following private right of ways:

  • Right of way between Salisbury Street, Oxford Street and Anzac Road in Leederville. This right of way is legally described as Lot 66 on Deposited Plan 1471, and comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 419 Folio 164.
  • Right of way known as Luce Lane in North Perth. This right of way is legally described as Lot 66 on Deposited Plan 4613, comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 666 Folio 27.

The proposed acquisitions will result in the right of ways becoming unallocated Crown Land, and can then become public access ways.
