The City of Vincent intends to request the Minister for Transport, Planning and Lands to acquire as Crown land the private right of way situated between Cowle, Charles and Carr Streets in West Perth.

The private right of way is legally described as Lot 66 on Plan 1151, and being the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 2 Folio 335. The proposed acquisition will result in the right of way becoming unallocated Crown land.

Subject to acquisition completion, the portion of Lot 66 on Plan 1151 that lies within the Planning Control Area 125 will be dedicated as road and become part of Charles Street. The remaining portion of the right of way will become a public access way.
