We are seeking community comment on proposed changes to the City's Local Planning Policy no. 7.1.1 - Built Form.

The City's Built Form Policy was created in 2016 to ensure all new developments fit in with our neighbourhood, respect our character and identity and respond to specific local circumstances.

The policy amendments seek to improve requirements relating to the areas of landscaping, setbacks, building design and environmentally-sustainable design.

To assist with understanding our proposal, four information sheets on each key area have been prepared. These can be viewed on Imagine Vincent below.
