Notice is hereby given that the City of Vincent Annual General Meeting of Electors (AGM) will be held at the Mt Hawthorn Main Hall, 197 Scarborough Beach Road, Mt Hawthorn on Thursday, 2 February 2023 at 5.30pm. 

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the City's 2021/2022 Annual Report, which is available for viewing on the City's webpage. 

Electors are invited to raise items of general business to be discussed relating to the City of Vincent. Any motion passed at the meeting is to be considered by Council. 

To allow matters to be properly researched and answered, items or questions to be raised can be lodged in writing by Monday, 30 January 2023 to governance@vincent.wa.gov.au titled "Electors Meeting - Item/ Question".
