Cancer Council WA are offering free introductory meditation classes every Thursday morning at the North Perth Lesser Hall starting from 20 February 2020.

Meditation has been shown to have great benefits for people affected by cancer, including reduced anxiety, reduced stress, improved sleep quality and assistance with managing chronic pain.

Dates: Thursdays starting 20 February until 26 March

Time: 10am - 11am
