Sunday 2 February 8am and Monday 3 February at 5.30pm: Young At Heart - Movement Class for over 55’s
Modern functional movement to keep your body feeling young. In this class we create challenge for the mind and body in an engaging and fun environment.
Sunday 2 February 9am: Inspire by FM Movement Class
How quickly can you adapt to new challenges? These movement classes will develop your coordination, reaction, balance and awareness. Fun, especially with a friend or two!
Monday 3 February 6.30pm: Standing Meditation Class
Stillness and awareness of the body. You will be observing gravity, the external world and the pressures upon us. In this class you will create new connections and alignment of yourself in a standing meditation.
