Residential Greens Only - Area 1

Bulk Verge Rubbish Collection
The bulk collection for Area 1 will commence at 6.00am Monday 23 November 2009. Please do not place greens out until after 14 November. We will collect: - Garden waste ONLY - Prunings less than 1.5m in length and piles less than 1.5m in height - Tree trunks or stumps less than 30cm in diameter - Loose leaves/small prunings in a garden bag or cardboard boxes (the boxes will be returned to the verge) We will not collect: - General household rubbish, junk, wooden beams, old furniture, whitegoods etc - Fencing mixed with prunings - Prunings longer than 1.5m and piles greater than 1.5m in height - Tree trunks larger than 30cm in diameter - Sand, rubble, bricks, tyres, motor vehicle parts etc - Any items in plastic bags - Non-compliant garden bags e.g. containing turf or grass clippings; one person unable to lift; more than four bags
