Customer Service

The City of Vincent strives to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers – residents, business proprietors, visitors, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders – and is committed to providing excellence in customer service.

We have a number of Customer Service Officers and Administration Officers throughout the City assisting each directorate to provide the services and programmes that our community desires.

In addition, we have a dedicated Customer Service Centre located in the foyer of our Administration & Civic Centre.  Our professional Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are trained to be able to assist customers with most enquiries, making our friendly and multi-skilled team of experienced CSOs the first point of contact for many members of the community seeking information or assistance. Each member of the Customer Service team is committed to customer satisfaction and aims to ensure that your queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
