The Laneway Collective is a group of local street artists who work with the City of Vincent and the community to regenerate forgotten or neglected places with mural art and provide opportunities to local artists.
The City of Vincent is the major sponsor of this great community arts initiative. Over the next six months, disused and forgotten spaces will be activated in Mt Hawthorn, North Perth, Mt Lawley and more!
The first project for 2016 kicks off from January the 3rd in Mount Lawley, in the car park behind the Flying Scotsman Pub.
From the 3 - 10 January, come down to Mt Lawley to see some of Perth's best street artists create one wall of amazing art!
Featuring Artworks by Bertie Louise, Steve Browne, Jerome Davenport Visual Artist, Paul Deej Artist, Fieldey, James Giddy Artist, Lawry Halden, Robert Jenkins Art, Mel Mc Vee, Artist - Melski and Brenton See, this will be a great chance to watch artists in action, ask questions and meet your local community.
