Food Act 2008

The new Food Act 2008 comes into full effect as of 23 October 2009. The Food Act 2008 replaces food provisions of the Health Act 1911 and the Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations 1993. All persons involved in the food industry are encouraged to review the new requirements at the following links:
