Payment by cash, cheque or money order is welcomed. The Town of Vincent has Eftpos facilities and accepts MasterCard, Visa and BankCard but NOT American Express or Diners Club.
In accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act (1995) and the Local Government Financial Management Regulations (1996), Council offers ratepayers a choice of payment of rates by either one or four instalments.
To offset the cost of offering the instalment payment option, the Local Government Act allows Council to charge an Administration Fee on the second, third and fourth instalment plus interest at the prescribed rate on all instalment payments.
