A weekly refuse service using 240L MGBs is available to commercial properties. Commercial properties are entitled to one bin per unit or per 200m2 (or part thereof) of floor space, but additional bins or collections will incur additional fees. A fortnightly co-mingled recycling service is available on request. The allocation is for one 240L recycling bin per unit or per 200sqm of floor space (or part thereof). For further information please contact the Waste Management Customer Service Officer on 9273 6000.
If you require additional bins or collections over and above your allocation, the Waste Management Customer Service Officers will work with you to organise this. Additional bins and collections will incur additional fees.
If your bins are not out by 6.00am, are too heavy (over 70kgs), are over full (lid not fully closed) or have contaminating material in them, then they will not be emptied. Please contact the contractor, Perth Waste Green Recycling (1300 781 114), to ask them why the bin has not been emptied. If you would like your bins to be emptied prior to the next scheduled collection day, a fee will be payable to the Town. In addition to the payment of the fee, any contaminating material or overweight material must be cleared from the bin in order for it to be collected.
