Active Vincent Day

A healthy community is an active community. Active Vincent Day, held annually in October, is a FREE community event with officers across Community Development, Parks, Rangers, Safer Vincent and Waste Management all working together to link various members of the community and activities to help promote community fellowship, a healthy lifestyle and physical activity.

Activities over the years have included camel rides, bouncy castles, farmyard animals, dog agility, rookie hockey, football competitions, sausage sizzle, live bands and stage performances.  Sporting and local community groups are invited to take part in this exciting day.

Information about this year's Active Vincent Day will be available from the events section of this website and through the local media closer to October. If you have any questions or would like to express an interest in being involved please contact the Recreation Officer on 9273 6566 or TTY 9273 6078.
