This group, which is run by the
Department for Community Development, continues to be the overarching group to monitor anti-social and homelessness issues with the Town.
Since its inception, there have been significant decreases in the levels of intoxication of 'Park people', which has resulted in a decrease in number of complaints from adjacent residents.
