LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995

LOCAL LAW TO REPEAL LOCAL LAW RELATING TO CARAVANS

In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it the Local Government of the Town of Vincent hereby records having resolved on the 14th day of April 1998 to adopt the following Local Law, to be known as the Local Law to Repeal the Local Law Relating to Caravans.

1. The Town of Vincent Local Law Relating to Caravans as published in the Government Gazette on 23 July 1962 and amended from time to time is hereby repealed.
