INTENTION TO BORROW FUNDS

The Town of Vincent hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 6.20 of the Local Government Act 1995, that it proposes to:

• Borrow $2,000,000 for the restoration of the Hyde Park Lakes project.

The restoration project is being undertaken in conjunction with the Australian Federal Government.
