Vincent Improved Access (VIA) Awards

The Town recognises the importance of creating a community where there is equal access for all members to participate in activities and access facilities.

The VIA Awards aim to encourage individuals, organisations, community groups, schools and businesses to make positive changes to provide equal access and opportunities for people with disabilities.

Examples of access include removing barriers to physical access by adding ramps, having clear signage, staff awareness training on disability issues and developing an inclusive programme.

You can nominate any individual, organisation, community group, business or school you feel has made positive changes or supports participation within Vincent.

An individual can nominate a business, organisation, community group, school or individual who they feel deserves recognition. Any business, organisation, school, community group or individual can also nominate themselves.

The nominee must either be based in Vincent or directly service residents of the Town.
