We require medical clearance for men and women over 45 years of age prior to undertaking a fitness appraisal. This is a safety precaution we are obliged to take for the benefit of your health, safety and well-being.
Please bring a towel and a water bottle with you for your workouts. Please wear comfortable clothes. A shirt and closed shoes are required.
We have a fully equipped gymnasium, staffed by qualified instructors. A diverse program of aerobics, aquarobics and gym circuit classes are available as well as our 'ENERGYWISE' program designed especially for mature adults. We also have individual and family memberships available offering fantastic savings for regular visitors to the Centre. Please enquire at Reception or the Gymnasium.
