Cr Steed Farrell has lived in the Town of Vincent for 15 years.

Steed has been actively involved in the local community through his voluntary work as Chairperson of the Mt Hawthorn Precinct Group (Inc). As a father of three children, Steed is also actively involved in the Mount Hawthorn Primary School community.
 
He chairs the Town of Vincent Local Area Traffic Management Advisory Group and is currently a member of the Town's Seniors' Advisory Group and Leederville Gardens Retirement Village Board of Management.
 
As an elected representative, Steed is committed to open government, and a Council that fosters community consultation and participation.

CR ANKA BURNS

Anka is qualified as a legal practitioner practising primarily in property and commercial law, which she anticipates will enable her to provide a fresh perspective and insight to the Council.
 
Having lived within metres of Hyde Park most of her life, Anka is keen to work with the Town have the Park, and its Lakes in particular, restored and repaired so Hyde Park continues to be a icon of the Town now and for many years into the future. Anka has recently joined the Hyde Park Lakes Restoration Working Group to assist with this project.
 
Anka is also a member of the Art Advisory Group, Audit Committee, Heritage Advisory Group, Building Design and Conservation Advisory Group and the Garden Awards Advisory Group.

CR SALLY LAKE - Deputy Mayor

Cr Sally Lake has lived in Highgate since 1981 and is active in local precinct groups, history and environmental groups. Sally is a member of the Claise Brook Catchment Group, an environmental group working to improve the wetlands and natural spaces of the inner city. Over her working life, Sally has worked in a small manufacturing business, information technology and for a local environmental group.

Sally believes the best outcomes are achieved through having a local community which is well informed and actively involved. She is strongly committed to open and accountable local government.

CR WARREN McGRATH

Cr Warren McGrath is a resident of Perth and has lived and worked in the Town of Vincent since 2003. He has a drive for ensuring sustainable development and a passion for making the inner city area a great place to work, live and play.

Warren is an Environmental Scientist and as Chair of the Claise Brook Catchment Group, a local volunteer organisation, he has worked to increase community involvement in and awareness of environmental issues in the inner city.

Warren is Chair of the Town’s Sustainability Advisory Group and also sits on the Safer Vincent Crime Prevention Partnership and Heritage Advisory and Seniors Advisory Groups. He has a key interest in the restoration of the Hyde Park lakes and the enhancement of our commercial areas and support of business for vitality and local employment.

Warren is committed to an accessible, responsive, and accountable Council and one that engages with the community on significant issues.

A true local, Josh’s daily life rarely takes him out of the Town. Virtually all of his working, dining, shopping, relaxing, socialising, dog walking and exercising happens somewhere in the Town of Vincent.

Josh is keen to see further development of Vincent as a hub for art, design and creativity in Western Australia. Passionate about community and cultural development, Josh has a strong commitment to independent local government that actively consults with the community.
