The Town of Vincent's Planning, Building and Heritage Services is a multi-services team dealing with the strategic planning (create visions, strategies and initiatives for the urban environment), statutory planing (manage the use and development of the environment), statutory building (manage the structural and safety integrity of buildings), and heritage management (create visions, strategies and initiatives for and manage the cultural heritage environment) responsibilities of the Town.
