The Town of Vincent has seven venues that are available for hire for meetings, dances, dinners, wedding receptions or other occasions. The information below provides details for each of the halls.
197 Scarborough Beach Road (cnr The Boulevarde), Mount Hawthorn
Capacity: 280 people
Facilities: Stage, curtains, PA system, kitchen, fridge, oven, urn, 304 chairs, 19 trestle tables, 2 round tables, 1 square table, piano, evaporative air-conditioning, fans, heaters, storeroom, 3 female toilets, 1 male toilet & 1 urinal, wooden and carpeted floors.
Parking: Ample parking on Berryman Street and Kalgoorlie Street. One ACROD parking bay next to centre and one on Berryman Street.
Exterior and Interior built 1970s.

NOTE: No bookings accepted with food or drink.
Parking: Ample parking on Berryman Street and Kalgoorlie Street. One ACROD parking bay next to centre and one on Berryman Street.

26 View Street, North Perth
Capacity: 200 people
Facilities: Stage, curtains, two spot lights, PA system, kitchen, fridge, oven, urn, 255 chairs, 29 trestle tables, piano, fans, two storerooms, toilets, wooden floors and doors on park side open to Multicultural Gardens.
Parking: Minimal parking at North Perth Town Hall, otherwise North Perth Plaza Shopping Centre near by. One ACROD parking bay on Olive Street.
Exterior renovated 2001. Interior renovated October 2002.
24 View Street, North Perth
Capacity: 50 people
Facilities: Kitchen, fridge, oven, urn, 143 chairs, 8 trestle tables, 4 small card tables, piano, fans, heaters, storeroom, two separate rooms, toilets and wooden floors.
Parking: Minimal parking at North Perth Lesser Hall, otherwise North Perth Plaza Shopping Centre near by. One ACROD parking bay on Olive Street.
Exterior renovated 2001. Interior renovated October 2002.
180 Charles Street (cnr Vincent Street), West Perth
Capacity: 200 people
Facilities: Mini stage, PA system, kitchen, fridge, oven, urn, microwave, 208 chairs, 15 trestle tables, fans, storeroom, toilets, accessible toilet, wooden and carpeted floors.
Parking: Minimal parking at Royal Park Hall, otherwise Beatty Park (don't park on reserve). Two ACROD parking bays.
Exterior: upper storey of WA Volleyball. Interior: renovated 2000, new curtains, light and spacious.
95-117 Egina Street (cnr Purslowe Street), Mount Hawthorn
Capacity: 60 people
Facilities: Kitchen, oven, urn, 50 chairs, 6 trestle tables, 1 small trestle table, piano, air conditioning, storeroom, toilets and vinyl floors.
Parking: Ample. One ACROD parking bay.

60 Joel Terrace, Mount Lawley
Capacity: 103 people
Facilities: Kitchen, fridge, oven, urn, 115 chairs, 17 trestle tables, fans, storerooms, toilets, accessible toilet in female toilets and wooden floors.
Parking: Minimal parking at Banks Reserve Pavilion, otherwise street parking (don't park on reserve). One ACROD parking bay.

Corner Fitzgerald Street and Farmer Street, North Perth
Capacity: 50 people
Facilities: Kitchen with refridgerator, oven, urn, 50 chairs, 2 tables, toilets, wooden and concrete floors.

Please note that a minimum of 10 working days' notice is required to book any hall or reserve.
Media Room
The Library & Local History Centre has a Media Training Room that is available for hire.
With 10 computers, a whiteboard, a printer, a projector and a wireless keyboard, which is linked directly to the projector, for the trainer’s use the Media Room is an ideal location for your meeting/presentation.
The computers are loaded with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Flash Player. All computers have access to the Internet and all of the USB ports are enabled, as well as the CD/DVD drives.
Tea and coffee machine available within the Library.
Time availability: 9.00am–5.00pm, Monday–Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Cost: $25 per hour or $12 for Community Groups
