With over 80 years of tradition, City of Perth Swimming Club caters for the entire range of swimmers from the 25m to Olympic representative.

Club swims are fun orientated and competing against your own personal best and against others at your level is the focus.

As a club we compete at interclub meets, State Championships and Australian Championships.



PERTH CANOE POLO CLUB

Canoe Polo is a fast, dynamic and exciting sport which is rapidly growing in WA. It has been around for over 30 years, and is played all over the world. The Australian men’s and women’s teams being World Champions. Perth Canoe Polo Club currently holds competitions on Fridays and Wednesdays at Beatty Park Leisure Centre. Teams consist of five players per side using short kayaks. All equipment can be hired from the Club. Male and Female players of all ages are welcome.

Osborne Park AUSSI Masters Swimming Club meet and swim at Beatty Park Leisure Centre. We cater for adult swimmers (aged 20 and upwards) covering all ages and abiliities. Training sessions are conducted under the watchful eye of volunteer coaches on Mondays 10.30 - 11.30am and Mondays and Thursdays, 7.00 - 8.00pm. Time trials to let you monitor your progress and gain competition experience in a friendly atmosphere are held on Wednesdays 7.30 – 8.30pm.

Distance training in dedicated lanes to build endurance and aerobic fitness are held on Saturdays, 2.00 - 3.00pm (seasonal). The club also offers a range of social activities and outings and the chance to meet new friends. It promotes the AUSSI motto, which stresses a balance between friendship, fitness and fun. New members and enquiries are always welcome.

PHANTOMS WATER POLO CLUB

If it's fitness, fun and friends you’re seeking, then it’s the Phantoms Water Polo Club for you.

We are a social water polo club catering for male and female players 20 years and over.

Training is on Sunday 4.00pm - 6.00pm & Tuesday & Friday from 6.00am - 7.00am.

No previous experience needed.



TRITON WATER POLO CLUB

Triton Water Polo Club consists of members ranging in age from 9 to 70 years, consisting of flipper-ball juniors, juniors and seniors members. Flipper-ball commences fourth term (October) and runs through to the end of first term (April). It is played on Sunday mornings from 11.00am—12.30pm in the diving pool at Beatty Park Leisure Centre.

Training commences in September for junior and senior members for the summer competition. The Club has a training session on Sunday mornings from 9.30am—11.00am which runs all year round.

The WA Disabled Sports Association (WADSA) is the peak body for participation for people with disabilities in sport and recreation. WADSA runs Water Awareness classes at two centres in the metropolitan area, including Beatty Park Leisure Centre, and maintains close support with many other swim centres to provide support in offering activity options for people with disabilities.

Asthma Swim for kids is a Learn to Swim Program for children with Asthma aged 5-15 years. Lessons are held on Sundays from 9.00am - 10.00am during school terms.



ASTHMA SWIM FOR ADULTS

Asthma Swim for adults is a swimming program for adults with all fitness levels and abilities. Sessions are held on Mondays from 1.30pm - 2.30pm during school terms.

Asthma Swim can help people with asthma cope with their condition and may help reduce the frequency of asthma episodes.

The Western Australian Diving Association (WADSA) runs programs catering for all ages and abilities at Beatty Park Leisure Centre. Programs include Learn to Dive and Club programs. Children are initially taught the basic skills and techniques associated with the sport in a fun and safe environment. As skills improve, divers can pursue the sport on a more regular basis. You're never too old to participate in the sport of diving.
